THE WATERWOOD – THE BEST AMENITIES IN TEXAS
The Waterwood Resort in Texas has established an excellent reputation through the years. This is a historic hotel, but most people appreciate the accommodations thanks to the plethora of amenities. The most popular of these amenities is golf. If you want to play where there are few crowds, beautiful lakes and the possibility of spotting a bald eagle or sly fox, this is the place for you. But golf isn’t the only option.

Once in the water, you can ski or tube. When you’re not out on the water and you just want to enjoy an outdoor barbeque, there are grills available on the porch. For hikers, there is over 6 miles of trails. If hiking isn’t fast enough for you, take your scooter or bicycle on one of the peaceful paved roads through the woods. Once you have seen and done it all, you can take a 15-minute car ride to the shops and restaurants.
Overall, The Waterwood is the perfect place for anyone looking for fun, relaxation and easy access to shopping and dining.
